NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK WATCH are you interested in starting a Block Watch in the Alterra Community the following information from the Maricopa Police Department will help get you started Neighborhood Block Watch Information, Property Inventory Records, Block Watch Captain's Guide

Maricopa Graffiti Hotline (520)316-6900  If you see graffiti or someone tagging  please report it we need your help, this is costing the HOA thousands of dollars.

Not everyone is aware of this but those homeowners with corner lots are responsible for the upkeep of the areas to the side of their property, this includes where the mailboxes are located.

To save money recently volunteers have cleaned all the mailboxes in Alterra.  As a reminder, the posting of Notices and Flyers is prohibited by the Post Office and the Alterra HOA. Thank you for your help.

 If you know of a vacant home with a pool please contact the Pinal County Health Inspector at (520)836-5931.

There is a curfew for children under the age of 18.  If you see children past curfew in Alterra please contact the Maricopa Police Department.

Most of all we'd like to thank the many residents that come to the board meetings.  We truly appreciate your input, and we hope that you encourage your neighbors to join you.  If you are unable to attend the meetings, please contact the board via email.

HOA Meeting
Meetings are scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm. Our next meeting is August 25, 2010 at Maricopa Elementary School Room 45.  Please visit the Calendar page for the dates of future meetings.
