About Alterra

The Alterra HOA was incorporated January 25, 2005.  There are 1,005 lots in the Alterra community, with homes built by Greystone, DR Horton/Continental, Capital Pacific, KHovnanian, and Hacienda.

Alterra HOA

The Alterra HOA switched from a builder-run organization to homeowner-run in January 2007.  The following individuals were elected by the homeowners to create the board of directors:

• Christian Schrader, Treasurer
• Lori Heilner, Secretary
• Richard Mueller, Director
